If you are like most of us “Posh” ladies in the world, you are looking for that bikini ready body! This intense abdominal & Lower body workout will leave you with toned, sculpted, sexy flat lean abs & high, tight, firm “ASSets” to match! And lets not forget your lower body as well, giving your hamstrings and quads the attention they need and deserve.
This class is designed to teach you how to take the spins and climbs introduced in Intro Pole (The Posh Edition) and put them together in a sensual routine. This will all be done while developing the strength and basic pole moves necessary to move on to the next level.
 *MUST HAVE COMPLETED 4 INTRO POLE CLASSES TO TAKE THIS CLASS*

This class teaches you all the poppin, shakin, twerkin, and rollin needed to work your greatest asset! This is done just by using the power of your lower body.  Let's work that booty!

Join us for a full body workout by toning and sculpting your body using the chair as a prop. This class will conclude with some fun and sexy choreographed sequences. You will never look at the ordinary chair the same again!

Grab a friend or come alone! Join us in an evening of fun times TWO!  Learn pole fitness tricks in a way you've only  dreamt about but haven't experienced.  Regardless of your level of pole, we have a double pole trick for you.
*MUST HAVE TAKEN AT LEAST 2 INTRO POLE CLASSES*
This class will teach you sexy floor moves and choreography off the pole.  As you get comfortable with your natural and instinctual direction,  these sultry transitional moves will become great additions to your pole and fitness routines.  All levels are welcome.
This class will push the boundaries of your body’s endurance, muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility.  You will learn more advanced spins, inversions off the floor, and intermediate pole tricks while continuing to build your abs, core and upper body.
*MUST HAVE INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL TO TAKE THIS CLASS*
Welcome to pole fitness! This class is for students who have less than 4 classes of experience in pole. In this class, you will learn basic pole moves, up to 3 pole spins, and learn what Posh Fitness is all about. It is recommended to take this class four times before moving onto the Luxe Edition (Beginner Pole).

*THIS CLASS MUST BE TAKEN 4 TIMES BEFORE ADVANCING TO BEGINNER POLE*

Are you ready to spice things up with your partner?  Well this is the class for you!  You will learn a sensual posh lap dance that will unleash your inner vixen all while sculpting and toning your body.  Get ready to go home and show your partner what's in your bag of tricks!
Need time to free your mind, body and Pole? This class allows students of Posh Fitness of all levels to come in and work on their pole fitness skills. No new material or instruction will be taught however students can use this time to perfect the skills they are learning in their pole classes. Students are responsible for their own warm-up, however an instructor will be present to ensure safety, provide assistance, and answer any questions.
*MUST HAVE COMPLETED 4 INTRO POLE CLASSES
Something new, something POSH.  Posh Belly Dancing is an amzing workout for all fitness levels.  You will learn belly dance movements such a shimmies, hip circles, & snaky movements all while toning, isolating and firming your abs, thighs, gluts & arms.  
*Hip Scarves Provided for use during class

This class is suitable for all levels. This class is a mix of yoga and other variations of dance.  You will work on your sexy as well as your flexy.
